Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans are paid up front for twelve months at a lower price.
Can I bring a domain I already own?
Yes. Transfer it to us, or keep it where it is and point it at your Matrix hosting. Either works.
Do I get email with my hosting?
Every plan includes mailboxes on your own domain, with webmail and settings for Apple Mail, Outlook and phones.
What happens if something breaks?
Restore a backup yourself from your dashboard, or get in touch and we'll sort it. You'll be talking to the people who run the service.
Can I use more than one domain on a site?
Yes. Every plan can answer on as many domain names as you like, so yourbusiness.co.uk and yourbusiness.com can point at the same site.
